Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because airbags are safety components, all returns must follow the strict guidelines below. 

1. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Requests outside this period will not be accepted. No exceptions.

2. Return Approval

  • We'll review and approve your return request before you send the item back.
  • Please upload clear photos of the item with your request-returns without photos won’t be accepted.

3. Packaging & Condition of Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns sent back without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Items that have been altered, or modified, as well as items that are not the original part shipped, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs & Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If an incorrect item was purchased, we will offer an exchange rather than a refund.
  • For an exchange, you'll have the option to either:
    1. Ship the original item back first, and once received we will send out the correct item, OR
    2. Purchase the correct item in a new order and then return the original item for a refund.
  • We will provide clear return instructions along with an RMA number. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your exchange or refund is processed smoothly.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged items

  • We use industry-leading packing methods (foam-in-place and 200 lb. crush-test rated boxes) to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
  • To process your request, you must provide detailed images and supporting information.
  • All damaged or incorrect orders are subject to approval by DA Support team.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Returns outside of the 15-day window.
  • Items modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Orders that do not meet the strict criteria outlined in our policy.

7. Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt.
